As Delivery Coordinator you'll deliver our B2B products to agreed success criteria and SLA’s ensuring best practice is adopted and customer expectations are managed.
Supplier relationships are key to delivery, therefore you'll work as a collective team to ensure results are met for our customers.
You'll manage 3rd party suppliers, as necessary (including Openreach) as well as managing and escalating issues as appropriate via the correct channels
You'll also collaborate with peers to deliver service improvement plans for key partners.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, enthusiastic, and ambitious and will have previous experience in a telecom customer operations organization.
How will I add value in this role?
Provisioning data circuits to customer requirements.
Meet reporting requirements including provision of information to all appropriate parties.
Identify and manage dependencies which may affect the success of deliveries.
Manage customer and stakeholder expectations through regular reporting and communication both on and off site.
Ensuring the use of best practice (including adoption of appropriate standards and methodologies)
End to end order management
Prioritise workload ensuring the customer comes first
What do I need in order to deliver in this role?
Provisioning / Order entry experience (e.g. Telecoms, Utilities etc)
Strong organisational Skills
Experience of delivering business objectives
Service Delivery Exp / Customer Relations
It would be great to also have (but we'd still like to hear from you if you don't)
Telecoms / ISP experience
Data and Ethernet knowledge
