This role is ideal for someone wanting to learn new skills or develop existing ones within order management. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly Provisioning Team. Customer service is at the heart of what we do, so the ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills that they can demonstrate when supporting our customers. You will be responsible for helping our B2B customers with orders for lines, data and Voice by keeping our customers updated and working with suppliers to place and manage the orders. This role will develop new and existing skills with order management and customer experience.
Our team work in a fast paced environment to turn around orders within our SLA with the aim to beat our customers’ expectations. You will need to be highly organised, able to soak up new information and use different supplier portals to manage the orders effectively. This role is ideal for someone wanting to learn new skills or develop existing ones in Order Management, Provisioning and Projects.
