Cooper Lomaz are currently looking to add a Delivery Consultant / Recruitment Coordinator to a fast-growing team within the business. This role will see you working as part of a team, delivering high volumes of resource to key accounts.

This is a purely candidate-focussed role, and is open to people with or without prior recruitment experience. Attitude and work ethic are the key to success in this team, so if you have the desire to succeed and a strong work ethic we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing prospective candidates using various platforms

Being proactive and innovative in your approach to locating candidates

Conducting telephone interviews to establish suitability for various roles

Advertise vacancies

Using marketing techniques to engage candidates
