• You’ll oversee the design, development and delivery of a highly effective multi-channel customer contact communication strategy, through the intelligent and safe use of data
• Your work will make sure that we proactively meet our customer needs and provide a seamless, personalised engagement across all journeys

What you'll do

As Decisioning Scientist you will support the delivery of a highly effective multi-channel customer contact communication strategy through the intelligent and safe use of data via Pega. The outcomes will ensure we proactively meet customer needs and provide a seamless personalised engagement across all journeys making it simple and easy to build mutually beneficial relationships with our customers.

In addition, you’ll be:

• Developing a decisioning strategy and plan, aligned to stakeholder objectives, to drive business performance and make improvements to the overall customer experience
• Ensuring customer contact is measurable, tracking commercial impact and designing self-serve Tableau dashboards
• Providing analytical support to help shape contact strategy 
• Responsible for the build of timely triggers to ensure we’re communicating with customers at the right time for them
• Coaching and developing less experienced colleagues and delivering through others as necessary with a range of analytical tools
• Responsible for the utilisation of propensity and CLV for targeting

The skills you'll need

You’ll need to be educated to degree level in a numerate discipline or have equivalent, practical experience in an analysis related field. You’ll also need hands on experience with Pega Decisioning and Pega Marketing, or an equivalent decisioning capability, and you’ll have an understanding of the Adobe Web Analytics toolset.

You’ll also demonstrate:

• A track record of influencing change through the use of innovative ideas and effective stakeholder management across a business
• Evidence of being analytical and able to conduct train of thought analysis to help support business strategy
• Experience of coaching and developing less experienced colleagues
• Experience of managing risks
