A career within Delivering Deal Value will provide you with the opportunity to help clients achieve maximum value on their deal transactions by solving transformational and other complex challenges. We focus on all operational aspects of a transaction, pre and post completion. We conduct pre deal and confirmatory due diligence, execute large-scale enterprise wide integrations, and support complex divestitures and separations on a wide range of functional and cross-functional areas.

What you’ll create and do:
You’ll be a valuable member of the cross functional team & will primarily focus on Human Resources due diligence for our clients. You’ll also have the opportunity to work on projects related to day 1 readiness, integration, value creation, strategy, org design, culture, etc.
As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Perform HR due diligence (some, or all of HR compliance, labour relations, benefits/ compensation, HR communications, HR operations and HR technology, talent and culture) identifying and quantifying deal associated risks and opportunities,
Identify deals related issues and considerations attributed to employee rewards, culture, talent, retention, HR systems and structure,
Lead diligence discussion with Target company HR and Finance leaderships
Coordinate findings with other diligence teams the Client, external advisors, including accounting, tax, information technology and legal
Identify issues that need to be removed to ensure a successful employee transition for Day-1 and beyond
Co-lead the sales cycle for deal transactions and corporate, private equity, pension funds clients (e.g., proposals, sales material, client presentations)
Manage the project engagement process from start to finish, including setting scope, budgets, staffing resources, creation and coordination of client-ready deliverables
Develop, coach, and mentor junior team members, including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback
What you’ll bring to this role

A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
Relevant years of relevant experience (consultant to manager level role) in a consulting and/or industry role focused on employee related matters. Other applicable skills include financial due diligence, compensation and benefits program design, operations
Experience supporting or delivering work related to corporate transactions
Demonstrated experience of HR functions & processes, with experience in one of the ares: HR Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Rewards and Compensation, HR technology, HR Strategy
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and lead teams
Skilled at working in a fast-paced, challenging environment, which will require the flexibility for travel
