Major responsibilities
-- Correct, verify, and delete non-required data and combine data from several different sources
-Seek further information for documents that are considered to be incomplete
- Methodically review completed work, checking for computation errors or duplicate values before submitting the final product
- Investigate reports and sheets of data
- Preserve detailed records of tasks, files, and progress
- Submit information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems
- Explore the internet for information
-have an understanding of process testing
-performing doing automation of data procedure, vendor (verticle lift Vendor) following procedures
-Having knowledge of CRM system.
-communication with the vendor, We would walk them through it—testing the implementation – data entry

Requirements

Complex Databases, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Black Box Testing, Microsoft Excel
--Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
- Office Administration experience
-4+ years of data entry experience
- Excellent typing accuracy
- Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work
- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
