Role purpose:
The CIS Data Solution Manager will be critical to supporting Group Data and Analytics data initiatives (i.e. Nucleus & MC2 programmes;) working alongside the Group D&A team to drive efficiency in access, movement including security/privacy arrangements for data, local market & group connectivity and best practice data transformation and data model design. The main focus of this role is hence to drive the core solution and provide expertise and support in the design & build process ensuring we deliver a fit for purpose, sustainable and operational product.

Skills Required:

• TOGAF and/or Archimate2 certified
• Degree or equivalent in a computer science or a scientific/technical discipline
• Hands-on designing of data including capabilities such as: e2e lineage, data quality, reference and master data management
• Experiencing in machine learning, from ideation to integration into operation

Must have skills:

• Data Architect with focus on BI and Analytics with extensive experience in large scale integration projects (5 years’ min) and defining data products for the Vodafone local and group business
• 5+ years’ experience in working in multi-project and multi-programme environment
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Google Cloud Platform implementation of Big Data & Machine Learning services
• Extended knowledge of the most relevant components and vendors in more than one of the following technology areas: BI, Machine Learning, GCP, Qlik
