About the role

This will be a 12 month, fixed-term role.

The role can be based in Wellington or New Plymouth.

The purpose of this role is to support the team in providing meter setup, data collection, data validation and data delivery services for retailers, distributors and market administrators.

The Administrator will contribute to the delivery of the overall C and I function while training to achieve competency across all Data Services tasks.

Other accountabilities include the following:

• Ensure all missing data is promptly collected to ensure data delivery to customers
• Create and maintain reports to monitor the data quality
• Maintain correct and accurate asset and customer data in our system

Who we are looking for

You're confident, proactive, and with a background that includes strong customer service to internal and external stakeholder. You will have the ability to pick up new systems and databases quickly, have strong experience with Excel. You bring strong verbal and written communication skills and have the ability identity issues and drive changes.
