The Role:

• Perform statistical analysis, data mining, machine learning, formulate solutions to address business objectives
• Coordinate with teams to leverage data to drive business solutions

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science or relevant quantitative fields
• 2 years working/ research experience in related fields
• Good knowledge of statistical concepts and techniques (regression, classification etc)
• Knowledge of data engineering is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Experience with python and SQL
• Experience with Tableau is a plus
• Knowledge of oracle database is a plus
• Experience with golang/c++ is a plus

Benefits:

• Discretionary annual bonus
• 26 days annual leave + bank holidays
• Maternity leave - 14 weeks fully pay, 6 weeks half way, rest as standard
• Paternity leave - 2 weeks full pay + 2 weeks half pay, rest as standard

Working Schedule:

• 1st month - full office work
• 2nd and 3rd months - 1 day WFH
• Thereafter - 2/3 days WFH, depending on project
