Whitbread have an exciting opportunity for a Data Operations Analyst to join our Decision Science Team. The purpose of the role is to provide analytical, diagnostic, and reporting support to the Data Operations Manager to improve the integrity and quality of Customer Data, which is used drive commercial/operational processes and customer insight

What you will be doing:

• Create and manage Data Quality KPI Reporting for Stakeholders
• Investigate and assist with any Customer Data Issues (Inc. GDPR)
• Visibly own and champion Data Quality Reporting with Stakeholders
• Provide data support for Policy and Procedure management
• Undertake Data Audits and any UAT Requirements
• Carry out ad-hoc analysis of Customer Data as required

Why we’d love you to apply: 

• Understanding of Databases and use of Reporting and Query tools, preferably in a Customer/Marketing environment
• Advanced skills in structuring and manipulating data within Microsoft Excel
• Previous experience of managing Stakeholder requirements, analysing large volumes of data and presenting measures of performance

Desirable Skills:

• Ability to query/modify data using SQL/NoSQL or using Microsoft Access
• Ability to analyse and visualise data in BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
