We are currently seeking an Insights Development Specialist to help us steer health, safety and wellbeing vision and direction. A critical role in providing senior management across BT with the confidence to make tactical & strategic decisions on health, safety & wellbeing programmes. 

Acting as a gatekeeper of what can be incredibly sensitive information, your priority is keeping our people safe. An incredible sense of purpose coupled with data expertise, you really will make a difference to the people of BT.

You'll have the following responsibilities

The end to end design, analysis, interpretation and presentation of the impact of health, safety & wellbeing (HSW) intervention programmes & initiatives

Produce effective presentations to inform internal & external audiences

Analysing, evaluating and interpreting outcomes and statistical significance of performance 

Determining & applying appropriate performance benchmarks (internal and external)

Performing proactive research into HSW performance in BT Group and summarising findings

Maintaining a solid understanding of the of key systems providing measurement data of HSW performance

You'll have the following skills & experience

Able to demonstrate a high level of analytical capability, to interpret health & safety data to inform planned CoE initiatives and their outcomes

IOSH (H&S) qualification is preferable alongside good understanding of health & safety legislation in the UK and how regulatory environment affects data management around the world, e.g. GDPR 

Relationship management, influencing and strong communication skills – especially with third party vendors and internal stakeholders - are important

Reporting & research conducted to an auditable standard (internal & external) through the use of software tools for the consolidation and analysis of HSW performance data
