Aviva are currently seeking a Data Governance Manager who will be responsible for supporting the smooth delivery and execution of end to end data governance activities across all markets.

This position is a 12-month FTC and is an excellent platform to demonstrate your Business transformation credentials!

What will you be doing:

• Support the Data Governance Lead with oversight responsibilities over market activity for data migrations, working with Aviva and Market teams to drive execution delivery to plan
• Attend regular IT & Data Working Group Meetings
• Assist in the operation of overall data governance framework
• Escalation point for all issues related to data that cannot be remediated via the current agreed data principles and approaches
• Ensuring accurate auditable data-related documentation across the Group
• Supporting the initial management of the Information Access Agreement (IAA) framework

What will you bring:

• Able to rapidly coordinate actions internally across wider functional execution teams to deliver against a plan
• Flexibility to work with partners across multiple time zones
• Separation and Merger & Acquisition analyst experience
• A solid understanding of business operations and culture in EMEA
