About the Position

We are looking for a superstar data entry specialist with a can-do attitude and lots of initiative to join our team. 

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing quotes and schedules for clients including pricing and tracking costs
• Providing support to and coordinating with Office Manager relating to timely delivery of Quotes and Contracts

Full training in the software system used to create quotes, and the quote requirements will be provided.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of one year experience in a busy office administration role
• Plenty of initiative 
• Strong software user skills
• Well-developed communication  skills
• An eye for detail and accuracy which is imperative
• Strong focus on continuous improvement
• An impeccable work ethic
•  Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability and enthusiasm to accurately identify and meet the needs of clients
