Position Summary and Key Accountabilities:
Bromwich+Smith is currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk for a 6-month assignment. Working out of our Corporate Head office in Calgary and reporting to the Financial Analyst, the Data Entry Clerk will play a key role in supporting the marketing team to download PDF files online as well as to complete additional administrative tasks as required.
This position is for 6 months with a 20-hour work week.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
+ Strong computer skills and ability to enter data (both words and numbers) quickly and accurately.
+ Strong typing skills.
+ Experience working with Microsoft Excel.
+ Familiarity and commitment to privacy requirements while handling personal data.

+ Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
+ Ability and willingness to contribute effectively (collaborate) in a team environment.
