Starting asap this role will keep you busy till the end of June (possibly longer).  Utilise your excellent administration/data entry and customer service experience working within the health Sector. This role is full time hours but reduced hours also accepted.   

You will be part of a busy motivated team helping to improve health outcomes for Children in the community. You will be able to fully utilise your Health / Social Science / health promotion background.  

Duties include:

• General Administration and data entry
• Customer service liaising with health providers and the general public
• Engagement within the pacific community 
• Booking in appointments
• Other adhoc duties as required

To be considered you will ideally have:

• Strong administration skills and experience (within health an advantage)
• Health/Health Promotion/Social Science background
• Strong and accurate Data Entry
• Intermediate to Advanced MS office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to liaise with a wide range of people from management to the general public
• Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks and work well within a team environment.
