About the Role:
The Data Administrator is meticulous in detail. Close friends say their precise, fussy, painstaking, perfectionism is their best quality. Their main responsibility is to enter, maintain and ensure the accuracy of critical client records for the child care centres, families and children we serve. In order to do their job well, they invest time to understand our business and the clients we serve. They are a team player who loves serving others and will do so alongside the Client Experience team. This person is also an innovative systems thinker who can find creative solutions to improve processes. Putting on headphones and focusing on data entry for several hours a day makes this person feel awesome and accomplished!
Some of the things you’ll get paid to do:
Data Entry
Create and modify enrollment-related records for child care centres
Create and modify allergy & dietary restriction records for children and staff
Coordinate with client experience to identify and resolve form-related issues
Fulfill data entry requests submitted by client experience coordinators
Implement and track temporary centre closures
Coordinate centre closures
Reschedule snacks as needed for closures
Other Projects
Assist in monthly administrative duties like printing forms and packing menus
Provide administrative support for promotions and special events
Innovate better systems and processes for information management and communication
Other responsibilities as assigned
About You
Must-haves
College diploma or university degree
1-2 years in a similar role or equivalent experience in the service industry
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Google Apps
Natural alignment with RFRK Food values and mission
Nice-to-haves
Ontario Driver’s Licence in good standing
Experience with Database/ERP systems like FileMaker
Confidence in learning new technologies
Statistics experience
