Job Description
Here at Meridian, customers are at the heart of everything we do, so this role will play a crucial part in ensuring we maintain that. This is an operational role where you’ll provide strategic insights and tailored workforce and resource management solutions for our Contact Centre.
You’ll focus largely on workforce planning, real-time resource management and also look at performance across the team and manage accordingly. You’ll provide insightful reporting on trends and workforce related analytics, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. You’ll be a central point of contact for Team Leaders and the Contact Centre Manager, as well as work closely with other managers as required or get involved with project work as an expert on resource management.
What you'll bring:
You'll be an experienced omni channel Contact Centre professional, with a deep understanding and expertise in workforce management practice within a mid to large organisation.
Experience with Genesys Cloud is preferred, or competency using a similar system. You’ll be analytically minded and enjoy drawing insights from complex data to help our call centre improve their performance.
You’ll be a great communicator as relationship building will be an important piece of this role where you’ll working closely with managers providing guidance and support.
You’ll also have a direct report, so leadership experience through critical influencing and people management skills will be beneficial.
