Position Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for you with a strong education delivery and technical background to work in a rapidly growing, dynamic environment. The Adobe Workfront training delivery team assists clients and partners in learning how to best apply our products and build abilities and experience over time. Adobe needs hardworking and self-motivated people, like you to effectively disseminate the necessary knowledge of Adobe Workfront solutions to our customers so that they can be successful with their deployment and increase adoption of the tools.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional training to audiences that range from End Users, Developers, admins and architects
  • Prepare your training environment using physical computers, AWS or other Cloud classroom
  • Deliver training in a variety of modalities including but not limited to Instructor-led, Virtual instructor-led, public classes and private on-sites
  • Collaborate with your colleagues on curriculum updates and customer feedback
  • Course curriculum development
  • Actively stay abreast of the latest product developments
  • Handle your training engagements from scoping to travel
  • Use good judgment on travel and expenses
  • Identify sales opportunities during engagements and forward to sales team
  • Onsite travel to customer sites may be needed (50-75%)
  • Achieve a high level of customer evaluation score
  • Meet or exceed the minimum instructional utilization

  • Excellent Presentation and communication Skills and command of the classroom
  • Ability to multi-task and possess excellent time-management skills
  • Ability to handle diverse audience including international learners
  • Strong interpersonal and prioritization skills, pay attention to details.

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer facing skills
  • Eager to learn new applications of traditional technologies
  • Passionate about the customer experience and driving customer success
  • Able to articulate and convey technical concepts to a mixed audience
  • Familiarity with Enterprise software and project implementation life cycles is a plus
  • Experience in work management systems, digital asset management, and/or website development
  • Experience with virtual/in-person communicating technical content, training, or leading workshops
  • Proficiency with Object-Oriented Programming Methodology & Practices
  • Proficiency with front end languages such as HTML.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
  • Familiarity with agile methodology
  • Familiarity with hierarchy dataset structures and data schemas
  • Familiarity with JSON, SQL, REST, Webhooks
  • Familiarity with API tools, such as Postman
  • 4-year college degree in a technical or instructing field. Equivalent experience accepted

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.

Colorado Starting Salary: $68,100 - $88,400

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
