We are currently looking for Customer Support Team members to support with our online customer line. You will assist customers with the online order enquires and communicate with the stores where required.
You will be comfortable with working on the fly, and learning as you go. Ideally previous experience in a retail environment will be of advantage and working with online orders.
To be succesfull :
Time Management and available to work on a roster across 7 days
Confident in working remotely using PC's, Microsoft Applications, Contact Centre Phone and email queuing systems
