The Customer Support Officer is responsible for providing a professional, knowledgeable, customer focused support services to all Ministry staff and the public. The role is an important customer facing position requiring a high degree of customer service and flexibility to develop and maintain a competent and professional face of the Ministry to both internal and external customers. We are looking for one permanent full time and one fixed term Customer Service professional.
