At Seed Innovations, a division of South Pacific Seed Sales (NZ) Ltd, we’ve been treating our own exclusive range of vegetable varieties and providing seed treatment services, for customers throughout New Zealand and the Pacific Islands since 2014.

The Role

As our Customer Support Administrator, you’d be working in our purpose-built, custom seed processing facility based in Pukekohe and would be primarily responsible for:

  • Providing customers with professional, timely and accurate solutions
  • Managing client accounts and maintaining relationships
  • Managing the quality of shipments
  • Order processing and data control
  • Monitoring the supply of shipments
  • Coordination of product development programme
  • Developing and implementing of import/export procedures

Skills and Experience

The role will involve communication with suppliers, service providers, transport companies and customers. The ideal candidate will possess the below attributes:

  • A good understanding and experience of customer service and logistics
  • Effective at building solid customer and team relationships
  • Desire to and ability to provide outstanding and professional customer service
  • Precision with information and data accuracy
  • Ability to effectively follow processes
  • Be organised, efficient and able to meet deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Strong excel based skill set with ability to learn programmes easily
  • A self-starter, reliable and able to work without supervision
  • Effective and proactive problem solver

Your hours will be 40-50 hours per week, as rostered, Monday-Friday between 5am-8pm.  Weekend work may be available from time to time as agreed.
