FlashBox is a last-mile delivery start-up headquartered in Toronto. We have rapidly grown to deliver products across the GTA through our offering of low prices and high-quality service. What sets us apart from the competition is that we develop our software in-house; this allows us to develop new products based on customer requests. In addition, our solutions are available to every business, regardless of their size or industry.
The Role:
We are growing our sales team and adding a Customer Success Specialist to work hand in hand with our Sales and Operations teams to provide support to our client base.
Responsibilities:
- Develop healthy merchant relationships
- Enhance merchant training on our FlashBox platform
- Evaluate and Analyze our merchant\'s needs
- Build trust and transparency with our merchants
- Onboard new merchants
- Act as a merchant advocate
- Educate merchants about our platform services and any upgrades they would like to make
- Problem solve to come up with new solutions that help increase our merchant\'s business
- Promote merchant loyalty
Requirements:
- Emotional empathy is a must. As the merchant advocate, you must understand the situation from multiple points of view
- Proven experience in taking on multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing and bringing each task to fruition is a must-have
- 2+ years in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success
- Experience working in a startup considered an asset
- Experience working with multiple tools
- Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
