Calling all CSMs who are looking for a new and challenging opportunity to delve into the Cyber Security Industry.

One of our key clients is seeking an experienced CSM to join their vibrant and dynamic team.

The role is a hybrid opportunity : 2day office based / 3day remote

The ideal candidate will be someone who has the ability to build rapport with key clients / SMEs and Enterprise level clients across an array of industry sectors and markets. If you are ambitious, keen to grow and develop and build longevity with a market leading brand - look no further!

Key Tasks:

- Manage a portfolio of clients - roughly 50-60 key accounts

- Manage customer escalations to resolution

- Work closely inter-departmentally - Sales and Tech Teams

- Experience working with high valued clients

- Drive satisfaction and retention
