Our client in the Hamilton area within the Technology Industry is looking to hire a full time Customer Success Manager to join their growing team.
*this position is a hybrid position, 3 days in office, 2 days at home. You must have some Technology industry experience.
The Customer Success Manager is responsible to build and maintain customer relationships. The key responsibilities of the Customer Success Manager will be but are not limited to:
â— Act as point-of-contact for customers, advocating for their interests, and giving voice to their feedback
â— Work closely with clients to support their inquiries, needs and concerns
â— Regularly call and follow up with clients in order to hit Account Management targets
â— Identify customer industries, niches, and markets and feed this information to the Marketing and Sales teams.
â— Establish a strong process in assisting Inbound Sales Representatives with post-sales support.
â— Routinely follow-up with new customers to gauge interest in long-term business opportunities.
â— Regularly interact with existing customers to make offers, negotiate, and close business, thus ensuring customer satisfaction and company profit.
â— Engage proactively with accounts ahead of renewing contracts in order to ensure renewals
â— Attend events or client meetings including trade shows, industry events, and global network events.
â— Attend regular office meetings as required.
Requirements
The ideal candidate sought for this full-time position will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will have strong experience in sales, managing multiple large accounts with technology industry knowledge.
