What you’ll be doing…
You’ll play a key role in the contractual process for flex customers across teams in EDF Business Solutions. You’ll also be responsible for managing relationships with some of the more transactional flex customers within the lifetime of the contracts before handing the account back to the sales team when nearing renewal. Additionally, the Customer Success Team is responsible for customers portfolio management, requests are processed in a secure, robust and timely manner, therefore you will play a key role in the success of this process including building on our customer relations and financial reporting.
