We are presently inviting applications for a position in our Customer Solutions Team located in Ellerslie, Auckland.  

Whilst the position is based in Auckland, the ideal candidate will be part of the Australia/New Zealand Customer Solutions team and will support both Australian and New Zealand clients. 

The ideal candidate would be solution focused and willing to take on a challenge to help us provide industry leading service and support.

To be successful in this role you must possess:

Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role combined with;

  • Strong administration skills coupled with first class communication skills
  • Experience working in a team focused environment
  • A proven track record in building great relationships and assisting customers with positive enthusiasm
  • A very high level of attention to detail
  • Self motivated, fast learner with the ability to multi-task
  • Intermediate MS Office skills, LN Infor or other CRM systems would be highly regarded
  • The role requires the ability to travel to Australia 2-3 times per year.

 Your Responsibilities:

 You will be required to do a variety of tasks that include, but are not limited to;

  • Dealing with both internal and external customers’ queries via phone and email. As such the successful candidate will require excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be solutions oriented, with a willingness to always go the extra mile to support our customers
  • Ability to manage and deal with customer complaints
  • Processing and entering new orders
  • Ability to liaise with internal departments to provide timely resolutions for customer queries
  • Work in collaboration with Field sales team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
