We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our Selwyn Aquatic Centre. You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Provide professional reception and administrative services including bookings, cash handling and retail sales. Deliver exceptional customer service as you deal with enquiries politely and efficiently, ensuring we are meeting the needs of our community. You'll engage with our customers from all walks of life as you build rapport and actively promote our facility.

Your previous customer service and administration experience mean you have an understanding of the importance of excellence in customer service, administrative processes and attention to detail. An effective communicator you are comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people and enjoy building and maintaining positive relationships. Ideally, you will have worked in a busy front-facing position before but above all you will be proactive, cheerful and keen to learn.

The permanent part-time shift hours are Monday to Thursday 2 pm - 9.30 pm
