Job Description

Clements Contractors Ltd is a well-established, family-owned company with our three main areas of business, being Civil Construction, Quarrying and Transport. We have been working in the Whangarei and Tutukaka Coast area for 30 years and are proud members of the Northland branches of Civil Contractors NZ and the Institute of Quarrying NZ. This is a key role within our team and requires someone who will be able to take initiative, is quick-thinking, flexible, will provide excellent customer service (internal and external) and excel at administrative work – all while maintaining a friendly, positive attitude.

You will process various documentation, be the first point of contact for incoming calls and enquiries, you will prepare basic quotes and provide backup as required to our admin team, including within our busy Weighbridge office.

You will be a good multi-tasker, be confident in dealing with all types and have a can-do attitude with brilliant attention to detail. You will be working with, and supported by, a great team in our office based in Whangarei.

This is a full time role and hours will be negotiable, but will be within our company operating times of Monday-Friday 7am-5pm.There is a requirement to be available for our Saturday roster, of approximately one Saturday per month (Saturday shift 7am-12pm).
