Job Description

We are currently supporting a business with their growth as they look to add a Scheduling Team Leader to their team on a permanent basis.

  • Full time, permanent Customer Service Team Leader
  • Attractive salary up to $80k (experience dependent)

  • Based on the outskirts of East/ Central Auckland
  • Full training will be provided and work for a company with an inclusive and supportive culture

 About the role:

You will be supporting the customer service team including performance management, reporting training and roster management. Work closely with the other team leaders and managers across the business to implement and drive team success to achieve KPI’s. Be ready to assist with escalations to ensure the customer has a positive experience

What are they looking for?

  • Strong administration, customer service and leadership experience
  • You will be able to give positive examples of how you have supported and led your team to success
  • Have experience using different CRM’s ideally in the construction/ building industry
  • Must have strong problem-solving skills & scheduling experience
