We are currently supporting a business with their growth as they look to add a Scheduling Team Leader to their team on a permanent basis.
About the role:
You will be supporting the customer service team including performance management, reporting training and roster management. Work closely with the other team leaders and managers across the business to implement and drive team success to achieve KPI’s. Be ready to assist with escalations to ensure the customer has a positive experience
