• Permanent Customer Service Team Leader position

About the role

• Your focus will be looking after the property team and communicating with body corporates to fast-track consent.
• Supportive and leading a team of customer service agents and contractors
• Reporting your results to the operations department
• Liaising with internal teams to get the correct documentation and consent

What are they looking for?

You will enjoy supporting and empowering your team to succeed whilst also looking after your day-to-day operations. Ideally you will have experience in either property, real estate, local government or construction.
