We have a amazing opportunity for a recent graduate to join an exciting scale-up tech business within the energy supply sector - one that's at the forefront of changing the landscape of the energy industry across the world. We already have 2 million customers in the UK and has recently expanded to the US, Germany & Japan. We landed in NZ this year and are looking to rapidly expand the team and build on the culture and success that we've had in the UK.

As a founding member of the new NZ team, you'll...

  • Talk to our customers over the phone or via email from all tentacles of our business across the world. You'll engage with industry stakeholders and help to drive a global change to make renewable energy more accessible to all.
  • Set up our NZ operations so you'll be at the heart of everything we do - working with customers and keeping customer's interests at the centre of every decision we make.
  • Delivering end to end customer service. Gone are the days of customers getting stuck in a never-ending loop of being transferred between departments. You'll be fully trained in all aspects and be an expert in no time.

  • A wealth of customer service experience and customer focused!
  • Open minded and approachable individuals who are big team players.
  • Strong organisational skills and be able to prioritise workloads.
  • Innovative and creative in ideas we are new to NZ and looking to make improvements all the time.
