About the role
Although you will be part of a team, you will work as an individual to quickly build rapport with a diverse range of people including those in vulnerable situations who need urgent assistance.
In line with legislation and policy you will respond to client requests for information and support.

Your scheduled shifts will be for 5 days across Monday to Saturday between to work on a no surprises basis and will ensure that you will know your scheduled shifts well in advance.
