We are looking for entry level customer service representatives to station in our Ottawa offices. We offer a flexible but fast paced work environment with a highly competitive compensation package above the market pay.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to Phone Calls from customers
• Reach out to customers to help them with their needs
• Respond to client inquiries over the phone
• Update client accounts on our CRM systems

Qualifications:

• 3 years of customer service experience
• Knowledge of computers and CRMs
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers
• Ability to work with a team of high energy and fast pace people
• Ability to complete and provide timely reports
