Based at the Southern Operations Centre, on Syd Bradley Road, we are looking for a Customer Service Officer, who will deliver an exceptional level of customer service to our customers by resolving enquiries and providing solutions.

In this dynamic role you will:

• Communicate clearly with all our customers in a calm and professional manner
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with customers and fellow staff alike

Some of the key things you'll possess to successfully perform this role include:

• Available to work part time Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 12.00pm and Saturday (as required), with possibility for extra hours on an on call basis
• Proven experience in customer service or retail to deal with a diverse range of customer queries
• A willingness to learn and take on board our policies and procedures
• Strong communication skills to engage our customers, discuss products and services that they need and provide solutions.
