This is a Temporary role for six months with the possibility of a permanent position.

Based in Mt wellington you will be working with a switched-on team of professionals who are passionate about providing top notch customer service.

 You will be working with the customer services team by:

• Taking incoming calls being the first point of contact with wholesalers & distributors.
• Quoting on products to customers.
• Processing orders and providing exceptional service with follow up calls.
• Answering inquiries via email providing information about the medical products provided.

Ideally you will have a strong background in customer service, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Accounting administration experience would also be an advantage. This position offers up to $30 per hour on a 6 month temporary basis with the idea to progress into a permanent position .
