About the position and you:

An amazing opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join the Aioi Team. This is an exciting role for someone who is a strong communicator, has excellent time management skills and is outcome driven.

As the Customer Service Representative, you will work as a core part of our customer service team, which assists in the day-to-day maintenance of external and internal relationships with customers and delivers high-quality administrative support across a range of business areas. 

This role is Full Time Permanent opportunity working 40 hours a week across Monday to Friday. 

Desired skills and experience:

• Knowledge and understanding of underwriting of the insurance industry desirable.
• Excellent numeracy and statistical and analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work to tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
• A can-do attitude, initiative and can think outside the box
