The role:

We’re looking for call centre agents to provide Covid support to internal staff of a large organisation. In this team there will be 6 staff on the morning shift and 3 in the afternoon/evening.

• Inbound calls will be received from internal staff who may have tested positive for COVID-19, displayed symptoms, or been in contact with someone with COVID-19.
• Inbound calls and emails will be received. You will then conduct a risk assessment following a set structure and give specific advice as per the assessment you have conducted.
• You will keep a tracking sheet up to date with accurate information based on the initial phone call and your follow up calls.
• Update hiring managers on the status of their team members

Location:

Working on site in East Tamaki, Auckland, New Zealand.

Rotating Roster:

Same roster for one week and then it will rotate. For example, five days of 7am-3:30pm and then 5 days of 10:30am-7pm and so on.

• 12pm-8:30pm
• 3pm-11:30pm

About you:

• Excellent verbal communication skills so you may be easily understood over the phone
• Accurate written communication skills for note taking
• Call centre experience
• Empathetic, kind and caring nature/skills
• You will handle sensitive information discreetly and confidentially
