Customer Service Representative - Palmerston North

• Fast paced customer service / call centre environment

• Casual shifts - ongoing temporary
• MUST be flexible with availability including night shifts and evening shifts
• 3 months initially - could be extended

The Company

Our client are a key player in the NZ market and are looking for highly skilled customer service representatives to join their team now. You will be dealing with a range of inquiries and will need to be able to think on your feet!

The Role

You will be handling inbound inquiries from customers - offering support and redirecting calls. This position is varied - no two days are the same but you will be able to offer solitions and resolve a variety of inquiries.
