This Customer Service Representative position via Robert Half might be for you, if you like the idea of working in a dynamic, rapidly-changing call center. If you love building solid customer relationships, you might be the articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative we're looking for. This could be the Stratford, Ontario Customer Service Representative position you're looking for, if you're available for a long-term contract / temporary to hire engagement.

Your responsibilities

- Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

- Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

- Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications

- Organize and route incoming telephone calls


Requirements

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required

- Adeptness in Answering Inbound Calls

- Import customer service experience

- Answering Inquiries experience

- Solid understanding of order entry

- Demonstrated knowledge of Email Correspondence

- Experience with Answering Inquiries

- Deep understanding of customer service

- Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment

- Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

- Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external

- Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

- Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

- Strong customer service and office administrative skills

- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

- 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
