Robert Half has an excellent career opportunity for an articulate, highly skilled Customer Service Representative within a growing banking company. Do you love building solid customer relationships? Then this position may be for you. This is a long-term remote temporary/contract opportunity which starts mid-February!

 

Responsibilities

·      Receiving and placing telephone calls

·      Provides accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

·      Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.

·      Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues.

·      Adheres to security policies and maintains confidentiality of records and client information

·      Entering customer information into company database


Requirements

 Skills/Qualifications

·      Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

·      Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

·      Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills

·      Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

·      Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
