Job Overview

  • Start Date: Immediate and ongoing start dates
  • Salary: Ã‚£18,532.80 per annum
  • Location: Work from home
  • Shifts: Full time 40 hours working 5/7 days, full flexibility required Monday to Sunday 8am - 10pm
  • Training Duration: 3 weeks, full attendance required
  • Contract: Permanent

Day to day responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative

  • You will start your day signing into your systems, making sure you are ready for the day ahead.
  • Take ownership of and resolve all customer enquiries from bill and account queries across multiple channels to escalated complaint resolution and fault diagnostics
  • We diagnose and fix faults using our catalogue of tools and software, focusing on fixing it first time across multiple channels.
  • Resolving escalated issues without hand-off, and where appropriate, make follow-up outbound calls to customers (e.g. after researching a complex query or to confirm an issue has been resolved) and deal with escalated complaints.
  • Engage with customers with a warm and friendly welcome, accurately and efficiently guiding the customer through the interaction and giving the customer complete confidence that you will resolve their issue and take ownership of it.
  • The ability to handle challenging calls with resilience and determination.
