Our busy client in Calgary is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their friendly team for a contract/temporary role.

As the Customer Service Representative, your day to day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:

• Identifying, investigating and resolving customer inquiries
• Answering and transferring incoming calls
• Managing customer complaints
• Liaising with customers
• Ad hoc duties as requested

Requirements

• 1+ years of previous customer service experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional customer service
• Strong organizational and time management skills
