This Customer Service Representative opportunity is located in Stratford, Ontario, and is a long-term contract / temporary to hire engagement.

Responsibilities

- Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

- Field and send written business correspondence

- Receive and place telephone calls

- You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

Requirements

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required

- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism

- Customer service and office administrative skills

- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

- Well-founded grasp of Answering Inquiries

- Foundational knowledge in Answering Inbound Calls

- Expertise in order entry

- General familiarity with Email Correspondence

- Solid understanding of customer service

- Strong familiarity with Resolve Customer Complaints

- Answering Inquiries experience highly desired

- Proven knowledge of Answering Inbound Calls

- Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

- No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

- 1+ years of past relevant experience

- Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
