We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to start a temporary assignment immediately until 30 June. This is to support a contact centre team of about 12 with their current workload. You will be paired up with a buddy and trained to be confident on the phone and task at hand. You will predominantly be making warm outbound calls to book appointments, the company is within the Electricity sector.

Hours/ shifts are rotating with the hours between 9.30am - 7.00pm, Monday to Friday.

About you (we hope you have):

• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Contact centre experience OR proven customer service skills
• The ability to learn/train remotely (from home) and pick up new systems fast
• The ability to multitask
• Active listening skills
• Resilience
