THE ROLE

We are looking for 12 Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Representatives to help grow the Easygo brands through customer communication and support. Maintaining relationships with our clients and players is a vital marketing strategy, and we would love to add to our team. Your main tasks would involve daily communication with our Portuguese-speaking customer base and supporting their customer journey from start to end. We have a global reach and some team members internationally so you would work closely with people both here and abroad.

There is a huge opportunity to partner with our affiliate and CRM team to help drive tremendous growth within the Portuguese market and for rapid career progression for you.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer service & live support

Player-to-client communication

Forming and maintaining relationships with clients and their players

Working closely with Acquisition Team to communicate relevant information

The role will be fully focused on the Portuguese market. Proper support training will be provided!

You will be expected to keep up-to-date on key industry trends and developments and attend occasional conferences or events overseas to help maintain existing relationships and develop new contacts.

Note- This position will require the successful candidate to work shifts on a rotating roster, including weekends and nights. The salary for this role is $84,500.

Requirements

You will have (Essential skills):

Customer service experience is necessary

Bilingual skills are necessary - Portuguese & English.

Excellent communication and written skills required

Ability to take initiative

Ability to work as part of a team

Ability to work efficiently without supervision

Ability to multitask

It would be a bonus if you also had (Desirable skills):

Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous

Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous

Proficient with Google suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Airtable & Intercom

Australian work rights preferred.
