Customer Service Representative -Afterhours

The team at Frog Recruitment are currently working with an

industry leading healthcare service provider, who are on the lookout for

Customer Service representatives to join their team on the North shore- Albany

·      North Shore- Albany

·      Close to public transport services

·      Thursday- Monday 12-9pm

·      $25 per hour + 8% holiday pay

·      ASAP start temp cover while they recruit for permanent role.

About the role

This is temp work to provide cover while they recruit for a

permanent role.

In this role you will be assisting customers with scheduling of

healthcare services, answering queries, and providing solutions in a fast-paced

call centre environment. You will be handling both internal and external

communications, making decisions around the most effective use of resources

regarding scheduling,

About you

·      Proven track record with providing a consistent standard of

customer service in a fast-paced call centre setting.

·      Attention to detail- you can work across multiple tasks while

ensuring that records are 100% accurate.

·      Able to prioritize tasks and to ensure smooth running of

services.

·      Resilient and able to respond in with understanding.

·       Preferably have worked in healthcare previously or in a

similar faced paced industry.
