Madison recruitment is partnering with a large kiwi owned investment company with full time standard business hour, Monday to Friday customer service roles. You will be taking inbound calls from customers and focused on providing outstanding customer service.

The role

• Providing product and service information to existing and new customers to help them get the most out of their kiwisaver investments 
• Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat; you will have ad hoc customer service/admin tasks to get stuck into also 
• Develop great relationships by providing first-class customer service 
• Deliver in a fast-paced environment
• Processing of various investment applications

• Monday – Friday standard business hours (No weekends)
• Modern office location in the city-centre of Porirua 
• Full training provided 
• Permanent opportunity, the salary is $55,000 per annum

 
About you
 

• Previous phone based experience is highly regarded – otherwise you should have the confidence to know you are a born winner in customer service!
• Graduates with work experience and others with solid customer service skills (e.g. retail) encouraged to apply
• You are a self-motivated team player, with a positive attitude
• A professional manner with solid communication skills, verbal and written
• You have a strong desire to learn and grow
• Calm under pressure with the ability to de-escalate
