** Provide exceptional customer service to customers
** Assist customers over the phone and via email/chat with any concerns they have and resolve any issues in a timely manner
** Communicate with manufacturers and vendors
** Process orders and follow up with customers to maintain and build lasting relationships
** Update customer database and ensure all details are correct
** Order office supplies and complete general administration

** Excellent customer service skills and ability to work as part of a team
** Previous sales or customer service experience
** Positive attitude and willingness to learn
** Ability to multi-task and stay organized
** Good time management skills with excellent work ethic
** Must have strong communication skills
