What will you do each day? 

You will help us achieve our mission of fasteners fast & extreme customer service, and your days will look like this:

• Working mostly over the phone and helping out at our trade counter, give our customers an extreme customer service experience that inspires them to keep coming back.
• Provide solutions - ask good questions to understand the customer's fastener needs & recommend the best products.
• Be a connector - a big part of what you do is connecting with the sales and operations teams to give the best quotes to customers and play your part in getting the correct order out on time, to the right person & place.
• Upsell products and share promotions to grow sales and encourage return customers through your product knowledge and friendly personality.
