Company Description
mlcoa is an established premier international provider of independent medical opinions and specialist services to insurers, private and government employers/departments, self-insured companies and the legal profession.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Customer Services Officer who has a demonstrated customer experience ethic.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a Permanent Part Time 3 days per week role and you will work as part of our Customer Service Officer team and be responsible for customer enquiries, scheduling appointments with our specialist consulting team, and the Administrative tasks associated with this.
Job Description
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Liaising with customer to plan and implement agreed services/Independent medico appointments.
Scheduling and booking of appointments.
Maintaining busy email inboxes, with queries, appointments and non-appointment services
Providing administrative and operational support to consultant medical doctors.
Providing information and advice to customers, or prospective customer.
Establishing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including medical consultants, staff, clients and examinees.
Undertaking other administrative tasks assigned to the Customer Services team.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role you will have:
Demonstrated the ability to provide excellent customer service
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated the ability to work independently and within a group environment
A personal approach which is enthusiastic, friendly and helpful
Strong prioritisation skills while maintaining a level of flexibility
Attention to detail is a must
Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
